"A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "

"Overall, I would give this property a 9.75 out of 10. Everyone was extremely kind. The food was delicious. I absolutely was in love with my room. The view was beautiful. I love having access to the bus to take me into town. Parking was easy. The spa was gorgeous. I think my only complaint that took away 0.25pts out of my perfect 10 would be the fact that children were allowed in the spa and instead of it being a restful time at felt like a playground.
