"Per gravi motivi personali ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente per avvalermi dell'opzione (inclusa) della cancellazione gratuita entro due GG dalla prenotazione. Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato"

"Most surprising hotel of a two week trip. Didn't get to enjoy restaurant as we had already made reservations for our dinners, but heard great things. Area is amazing and hotel is a mix of great design and really good service. Lots of hiking, biking and scenic drives in the area. Dolomites are beautiful and cannot wait to go back. The construction and interior were traditional Tyrolian woodwork. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. They provided us with a personal hotpot and teas.
