"We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available."

"Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, also nicht für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Mit schweren Koffern dabei ist auch etwas unbequem."

"Front desk was very friendly and spoke extremely good English when we checked into the hotel. Location was perfect for our 6:30 am flight - which mean we had to be at at airport at 4:30 am. Airport shuttle started operations at 4:00 a.m. so they could take us the 5 minute drive without the high cost of a taxi or ride-share service."

"El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de la estación Porta Nova y del centro histórico. Muchos restaurantes cerca, zona segura. Desayuno muy completo, vale la pena. Servicio excelente. Solo mejoraría la calidad de las almohadas que son muy duras. Por lo demás muy recomendado"

"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"Beautiful rooms, property and grounds. Great location and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice (we could smell the croissants baking each morning). Staff were lovely. My only complaint is that there weren’t many outlets in the room - it’s very old, so not a surprise. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would return for sure."
