"The breakfast was lack luster, only very few pastries, cereal and bread (but no plain bread, all had seeds and my kids wouldn't eat them). Our room had sooo many tiny ants crawling all over my (empty) coolers. When I asked the front desk for assistance with it they gave me an insect spray to spray around the room which killed some ants, but then I had ant caucuses in the room (that housekeeping did not clean up the next day). The beds were basically fold away beds so were not very comfortable....

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area."

"Stayed at the Comfort Inn Peterborough and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, and it made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good assortment of options including muffins, cereal, eggs, and sausage on the hot plate, which was appreciated. The only downside was that there were no almond milk or lactose-free milk options available, which would have been nice for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, a good stay with friendly accommodations...

"The first room that we were renting had ants. We had to change rooms at 11PM when we came back to the unit. We had to take a room with 2 double beds rather than the king bed that we paid for."

"It’s a basic hotel. We got in town late and left in the morning so it served its purpose. The TV in our room didn’t work and it looked a little run down but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. If you just need a place to rest your head this place will do. The staff were great and very friendly."

"Highly recommend! This hotel is a tiny bit dated but otherwise the best hotel I’ve stayed at this year. We stay at hotels at least 6-8 times a year between my kids different competitions and will be recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Peterborough. Staff were great, pool was heated, hot tub was actually hot. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Appreciated the free breakfast that had early hours so I could actually use it. "Beautiful cottage resort our hockey team loved staying at. Having evening camp fires and afternoon fishing was perfect. I wish we had time for golf, the course looks amazing. My only complaint is that the resort is huge and they have little to no walking trails connecting the 2 areas together, it was faster to drive and that's not ideal. "

"The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately "

"I was trying to book a room in Oshawa and somehow booked one in Lindsey the staff at the hotel were no help and the staff at Expedia were no help in me getting a refund or switching my booking to a hotel in Oshawa very poor service as far as I'm concerned I will never recommend either Expedia or travel lodge to anyone "
