"A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast was another major highlight, offering a great, expansive spread with plenty of options to choose from. Multi cuisine.. Unfortunately, the property falls short in a few key areas. The rooms, while great views, needed some extra dusting, and some TLC. Families should also note that there are absolutely no amenities for kids other than the pool, needs a play area or something similar to keep children entertained. while the rooftop restaurant offers cool views of the city and passing planes, the space itself is looking tired and definitely needs a facelift to bring it up to premium standards. It’s a decent place to crash if you need to be close to the airport entrance, but it needs a bit more attention to detail to truly earn its luxury rating."

"Had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai. The hospitality and attention to detail throughout my visit were truly commendable. A special thanks to Mr. Andrew and Simmi at Ministry of Chutneys for their warm service and making every meal experience memorable. Roshan and Aman at the front desk were extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Chef Md. Noor Alam at Kebab Factory. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Gopi at the lounge for the wonderful hospitality and care. The entire team made the stay comfortable, seamless, and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai."

"I stayed in a deluxe room. It was neat and clean. Had a small desk setup, which was useful for my work. Size was average. Will be difficult to accommodate additional cot for child. Restroom was clean. Bathtub was luxury add. Toothbrush, paste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. But no shaving kit. Had balcony, but it is not private. The partition has open design through which you can see neighbours balcony. Inroom minibar items and snacks are way too expensive. Room service menu way way too expensive, five star price. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Well maintained pool. Beach was clean and had spaces to lie down and relax. They free buggy service to move around inside the property. Parking space was small, valet parking, car was parked under hot sun. Overall good experience, but expensive stay Not sure if it is worth the money we pay. I suggest you look for a better deal and book."
