My recent stay at Hotel Horison Seminyak Bali was absolutely fantastic, largely due to the impeccable service provided by Sima. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, Sima went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. The hotel itself boasts comfortable and spacious accommodations, breathtaking views, and a convenient location in Seminyak. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality delivered by Sima and the rest of the staff. Sima's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly memorable. Whether it was recommending local attractions, arranging transportation, or ensuring that all my needs were met, Sima consistently exceeded my expectations. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction are commendable and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Hotel Horison Seminyak Bali to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bali, and I can't thank Sima and the staff enough for their exceptional service. I look forward to returning in the future!

I was here with a friend of mine for 2 weeks one of the best experiences i delt with the staff made it so much better big shout out to hundra he was the lead man got us everything we needed and can definitely make a good cocktail can definitely recommend this hotel

Soft beds and pillows. Wish the shower water was a little warmer ( I like it hot) but it wasn’t cold. Clean room, clean hotel friendly people. Best comfort in a bed I’ve had in Bali so far Only thing our air conditioning leaked into one of our bags and got some of our stuff wet :/

It’s very convenient location to Kuta and airport. Staff are very friendly and make you feel home starting from airport pickup, service desk, food and drink. The a balcony at all but a property is getting a little old and the balcony for the room is not a balcony so it was not convenient to sit outside and relax as a chair would not fit in the small tight area. The breakfast was also very bland with the options not suitable for a lot of tastes and to be charged for extras like cheese etc is a bit much

Great location and staff were good and easy to deal with. Rooms had some minor issues with showers but overall a good clean and convenient place to stay as close to everything you need. Good pool and happy hour specials. Breakfast is ok but could use some changes as got a little stale after a few days. But would definitely come again if wanting to stay in that area. It has nothing to do with the hotel all the location is the fact that all of the people spoking trying to get you on the back of the motorbikes and sell you stuff was annoying it has nothing to do with the hotel

If I choose to go to this part of Bali again, I will definitely stay at the Horison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining area is superb, the sky desk is a great place to lounge by the jacuzzi, good laundry service and airport transport. The mattress could have done with airing and vacuuming though, but if I'd mentioned it and asked, I'm sure they would've sorted it.

Only booked this hotel as my friends hotel was booked out near by. Check in is at 2pm & I arrived at 12:30pm. I was unable to check in early so I had to leave my bag with reception & carry all my valuables until i returned at 8pm. I used the restaurant toilet to freshen up & get changed after my flight. No welcome drink offered Wifi didn't work in my room on the first night but worked for the rest Room 401- very noisy and got woken up every morning, right near lift. Room smells like dampness Sheets were stained Pillows & pillow cases smelt and were stained, i had them swapped. No filled mini bar Doesnt look as good as photos Rooftop bar pool very small Overall, it done the job and I only used this place to sleep. I didnt use the pool or eat breakfast here.

The hotel had limited guests so the paid in full breakfast menu was altered each morning to suit their expenses not good at all The plumbing is a joke like warm trickling water again to suit their expenses The hotel was under maintenance the next day after I complained about issues of rusted tin falling into the swimming pool We where relocated to a mould rotten room which I refused to take The hotel lobby flooded on our last day Was not a pleasant stay Hotel needs a lot of work to get back to a 4 star

The bed sheets had stains all over, im not sure if they get cleaned after each checkout. During 6 hours of staying there we had 2 times power cuts. Aircon wasnt really cooling, the guests were very dodgy and loud. My wife didnt feel safe to use tge lift alone where other gues lts were around. Staff were OK.

Great hotel and very friendly staff Our stay was for 3 days but found it so enjoyable extended for another week The hotel had maintenance issues and the plumbing was a issue poor hotwater and pressure issues I addressed this with management and they did their best to try to fix any issues Skip the breakfast and opt to go to Frankie’s cafe up the road you will thank me Overall value for money and enjoyed staying here would definitely book again
