The property itself is beautifully maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom villa & were thoroughly impressed. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy our entire stay. Each morning a chef came to us to cook us breakfast. Each night they came & offered turn down service. The only issue for us personally with the villa was the toilet. It has no door & is part of the outdoor bathroom. Just a little awkward. The location wasn't too far from downtown but kind of in a dark alley off the beaten path. Overall an amazing place we would definitely recommend.

Everything is great about the One Boutique except a couple of minor things. 1, the safe in the room are really old and really hard to make it work. 2, the property is great but the location is a bit off the main streets, best to get a car, not really walkable to shopping etc. the map says it is close to the beach but you will need to find that hidden path through the villas to get to the beach. The main road to the beach is fairly far.

The staff was wonderful! We were treated like royalty. Any thing we needed was quickly provided. The hotel will transport you to any location in Seminyak for free when you need it! They can even take you on excursions for an added charge. The villas were beautiful and well maintained. We had breakfast and afternoon tea cooked in our villa every day! It’s well located and overlooks a field of rice patties. We also participate in the floating breakfast and BBQ. So worth it! You must try both. I want to go back just to stay at The One Boutique Villa again! I have NO complaints about these lodgings.

It’s a hidden gem but not too far from the beach, just 5 min walk. We love how they welcome us from day one until the last day of our 7 nights stay. The crew is awesome and very friendly. The daily breakfast cooked in our villa is delicious and the romantic bbq party they set up for us, they outside themselves. Shout out to Mr Rama, Yoga, the head master and to the butlers who were very helpfull. We would definitely stay there again!

Really love my stay here. It was perfect. I love the personalised service, quiet and beautiful villa that are clean. Insects and mosquitoes not an issue. Transport was complimentary and readily available. Massage was good. Breakfast delicious. Location very near good restaurants and central seminyak. Only thing is there’s no gym but that is ok. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Perfect place for a quiet restful retreat!

Great Isolated Villa
I totally recommend this Villa for a couple :), total isolation and privacy. Staff are excellent too and the hotel offers many services. The only drawback is that internet connection is really bad so if you plan to work I suggest a mifi with mobile internet.

Exactly what we hoped for.
From the start to the end of our trip we were treated to exceptional hospitality. We were so relaxed by the end of the trip we didn't want to leave. We were in Bali on a girl' s trip for my sister's 30th birthday. The villas are clean and well maintained. The decor is lovely and we really enjoyed having so many different spots to lounge around in. Nothing was too hard for the staff. Even when we mentioned that we loved star fruit the staff went out to the markets to buy that fruit specifically. The breakfast and afternoon tea is brought to your Villas and are delicious. We mainly ate the Indonesian breakfasts, so highly recommend these. There is a shuttle service from the airport but you do need to request this directly from the hotel so call them or email them with arrival details beforehand. They also provide transport into Seminyak but not back. When there wasn't a car available they paid for our taxis. There were just so many things to say thankyou for that it's difficult to stop. Now that I have stayed here I understand why they have the rating they do! I would highly recommend getting a taxi back to the hotel rather than walking as it is a dark and narrow road from the main road and it is difficult for cars or bikes to see you in the unlit areas. This distance is one of the reasons for the tranquility you will experience though.

I challenge you to find a better place to stay
I've been to 22 countries. All continents except Antarctica. Amazing hotels. Amazing places. The One is the only property in the whole world I've ever stayed in that I could hardly hold back tears when leaving. Manager Pipi and all the others made us their family. This was 7-star service at a 5-star property. I would fly the 19 hours back just to stay at The One, honestly. Personal butlers every day. Personal driver whenever you need. Authentic, good people trying to take good care of their guests. Big breakfasts, complimentary afternoon teas (with food!), great location... I can hardly say enough about our stay. I should say that as a same-sex couple, we were treated with the utmost respect. We were taken care of from beginning to end, and The One and its staff made many gestures to go beyond the call of duty to make us feel very special here. I would say this is the best place I've ever stayed in, and that's saying a lot.

The One - The Only!
From the moment we met the driver at the airport and he handed some cold fresh towels and a fruit platter for the journey to the villa we knew we were in for a great experience, but we didn't realise just how outstanding it was going to be. I have been to Bali a few times but it was my partners first time, he didn't know what to expect but was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience so much so that 4 hours after landing back in SYDNEY flights were rebooked in November and the team at One Villas played the biggest part in him wanting to return so once we work out our itinerary we will, without hesitation be returning to The One, again. We knew The One we're doing a stellar job but it wasn't until we looked at some other villas whilst we were there (Aria, W Retreat and Spa) that we knew they've absolutely nailed every aspect of an outstanding villa stay. The surrounds, the decor, the facilities, the service, the pool (omg the pool!), the location and the value for money will make us return, time and time again! See you in November

Fantastic customer service. Will always stay here when in Seminyak. The room aircon broke down and we were moved to a different villa as the repairs would take a few hours and I was unwell and wanted to sleep.

Was hoping for a bit more with this stay. After coming off cloud 9 at a Villa in Ubud, The One Villas missed the mark. To be honest the high concrete walls gave it a manufactured compoundish type feel. Also the service was not so great, and there was plenty of construction near by that ruined the tranquility most days...Including the day we decided to get massages. I feel with better staff training and a little more attention to detail on the property and this place could be really nice. However, next time we are back in Seminyak we will be looking somewhere else.

Usually the picture and in reality is different but i'm surprised that it's exactly the same. It's huge and clean. They are friendly and always smiling. When we were being fetched, the vehicle is so clean and comfortable. We were being served cold towel, cold water and even fruits. No complain at all!

We could not have asked for more from our Bali experience. Staying at One Boutique Villa was the absolute right choice. Friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to help, a good variety of in-villa dining options, reasonably-priced spa by your own private pool - all made for a perfect Bali experience! The outdoor bathroom was a unique experience for us city dwellers, but after getting used to it, it is actually quite a nice experience.The downsides, which are really limited to just these two factors: 1) slow internet speed 2) location is not walkable to seminyak, but hotel staff are always enthusiastic to help arrange for transport, and transport to nearby areas are complimentary! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and worth every dollar spent!

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the villas as part of our honeymoon. The villa and private pool were immaculate and beautifully designed, and service was excellent. The only slight negative was the location as it was pretty much impossible to walk anywhere and beachfront properties make it very hard to access the beach anywhere in Seminyak. However the hotel provides free transport anywhere in Seminyak, Kuta and Legian and once, when the car was already out dropping someone else off, they paid for a taxi for us to save us waiting for it to return, which we thought was very generous.

Superb Villa, Outstanding Service!
We have just spent a wonderful week at The One. The Villa (#3) was really spacious and beautifully maintained and presented. The large pool was great and especially good for a cooling dip after a day out. We really appreciated the quietness and privacy that the villa offered. The staff were very friendly, always greeted you with a smile and worked hard to make sure you enjoyed your stay, while going about their work in a calm and efficient way. The freshly-cooked and substantial breakfast really set us up for the rest of the day. The free transport to Seminyak (and return, if the driver is available!) was fantastic and we felt really spoilt to be dropped at the restaurant of our choice and collected after a great evening out. Our expectations were high after reading other reviews and viewing The One Villa website. We were delighted to find that our stay exceeded these expectations. When we return to Bali, this is where we will stay!

Stayed 3 nights. Comfortable room, beautiful and big villa. Staffs were helpful all the way. They tried their best to meet all my requests. Breakfast was big. Even the hotel location was a bit remote but they provided free return transport within Seminyak which had solved all the problems. They also suggested and helped us to book restaurants. The downside were there was a small stain on the bed cover sheet and I requested to change it the first day but the same cover sheet was still on my bed until the last day. The hot water was weak. Overall my stay was satisfactory and would highly recommend to all.

I stayed there for 4D3N for my birthday trip. It was a fantastic experience. It started off with the airport transport with cool towel, fruits and water in the car. All the staff were friendly, nice, helpful. The villa was big, clean and excellent privacy. The swimming pool was reasonable big with 1.5m depth. Wifi was fast although sometimes you needed to disconnect and reconnect when you came back to the villa. I tried the in villa BBQ dinner with beautiful decoration and traditional music performance. The breakfast was good too. The staff came in the villa to cook it to make sure the food taste nice. There was drop off service to Kuta and Simayak. But it would be better if there is several scheduled return transportation back to hotel.

Great service and sincere staff
We highly recommend The One Villa. They were helpful through emails right before we even reach Bali. Rai the assistant manager was patient to our enquiries.. The staff did a very good job and at the same time took time to interact with us.. Great breakfast! We needed a late check out but the villa was not available, Rai transferred us to their sister villa, at no extra cost! We totally enjoyed ourselves!

An oasis in busy Seminyak
From the moment of our booking (chosen because of a family recommendation) to the drop off at the ariport to go home, it was a continuous experience of great service and attention to detail that left us with very fond memories of a great holiday. Easily the Best Villa in Bali
Superb! Outstanding! Stayed 10 nights with husband and 6 month old son, and The One team looked after us in every way. Villas are beautiful, quiet and mozzie free, tucked out of the way but still within a short walk/drive to all that Seminyak/Legian/Kuta has to offer. Can't wait to return.
