"Pros: The place is very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet, sink and shower is a definite plus. Cons: Check in process is terrible. They don't allow check ins until 3p. It is understandable, however, there is only 2 chairs in that tiny lobby for customers to wait. There were 3 other customers that were there already waiting when we arrIved. "Kitchen was well equiped with great pots/pans, utensils & crockery etc. All 3 convenience stores nearby & metro about 10-15min walk away. Also easy to get to the kintetsu station to go out to Nara on the limited express and walking distance to Dotonbori & Kuramon Market. The only downside about the room is that the beds are not the best-they all sag in the middle so it’s kind of like sleeping on a hammock. Also be aware that they are very strict on checkout time and you will get fined if you are...
