Superb

After reading Svarga's reviews on some websites, I and my friends decided to stay here. The hotel was superb ! We love the ambiance and atmosphere. Room was clean and neat. If you ever watched "The Giver", this hotel looks similar to the town in the movie. Breakfast was delicious and served nicely. Highly recommended hotel.

Simply Hypnotizing!!

Booked for one night and extended for another two!! As I was tempted to stay longer by the ambience of this hotel. The staff, the service and the hotel itself combined together are simply hypnotizing!!! A warm welcome from the staff on my arrival, continued with the cold towel and welcome drink. Perfect!! They gave me a list of free activities arranged by the hotel, joined for three activities: First, Sunset tea at Salza Resto, with a stunning view from the restaurant provided with the free cake and coffee, a big regret if you missed this!! Second, Early bird walk to the nearby waterfall, started with cycling then continued with soft trekking to witness the beauty of the forrest-like next to Krandangan village, and reached the waterfall at the end. What a feeling! Third, Sunset at Malimbu, a 10 minutes ride to Malimbu beach from the hotel to see the sunset for free! Thank to Svarga for arranging such activities for free. I wish I had more time to join all the activities that I had missed. The room is clean and modern with an open bathroom which is very comfortable. Not to forget the pool located just next to the restaurant, swimming on this pool combined with a great view made you forget all the busy and boring city-life, time goes slower at Svarga, and it simply hypnotized you to be relaxed! Oops. almost forget about the food, if only I had enough time to try all the menu, I would!! Reasonable price with great taste!!

Very nice hotel

Very nice newly hotel. Although the 2 days trip in Lombok wasnt as nice as i imagine cos i got sick but the hotel it self is perfect. The staffs are very attentive, very nice work performance. When i asked for medicine they give it to me rite away. Excellent customer service. Very much recomended when you stay in Sengigi.

Unless you pay for the expensive package, you need to be very mobile. All bathrooms in the reasonable rate category come with bathtubs only. There are no grab bars or anything for support. The walls have signs of humidity decay. The pool meant for everyone's use is very small considering. We paid to upgrade because of this. The website says the beach is close. Its not. Its a 35 minute walk. We paid for an all inclusive package. The kitchen had major issues. They tried hard but left things lacking. Also, be ready for a wakeup at 4 am or so bc this hotel seems to be right next to a speaker for the call to prayers. The spa is very nice. The beds are outrageously hard. We used the cushions from the patio furniture to help as the hotel had no way to fix this issue.

The room was not in the best condition and other than the sheets, it wasn’t very clean. The staff were friendly. Pool area was nice.

Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar tyvärr. Underhållet hänger inte med, små saker som hade varit enkla att lösa så som solskyddet i badrummet är mögligt. Större saker som att plattor från fasaden har lossnat och sen inte ersatts. Personalen är jätte bra och gör allt dom kan för att upprätthålla standarden. Priset motsvarar tyvärr inte kvaliten på boendet.

Agréable dans l'ensemble et personnels au petit so

Notre séjour à été agréable. Personnel très gentil et toujours avec le sourire. Nous passions par eux pour les excursions. Service de Laundry au top, au lieu d'une journée, nous l'avons eu au bout de 4h. Par contre, attention, nous avons réserver une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais il n'y avait qu'un lit. Je ne comprends pas comment l'hôtel et le site peuvent louer une chambre à 4 personnes avec un lit double. Au final, nous avons juste eu gratuitement un lit simple. La piscine dans la chambre un petit plus. Nous avions pris la formule complète.

Dont stay here

Had high expectations when booking this expensive hotel with private pool for our 3 day stay in Senggigi. But I made a mistake when checking the past reviews, as it seems that most of the good reviews are from 10 years ago. Its clear that this hotel is very close to requiring a full renovation. The room was not very clean. The worst was the big bathtub, which was very dirty. There was also no full size shower anywhere. You have to sit down in the tub to wash yourself. The private pool itself was very cold and too deep for anyone under 1.8m. All evening and night we were fighting mosquitos. The amount of mosquitos made us not use the private pool much. But the absolute worst was the food. We ordered room service a few times, and it just kept getting worse. The rice seem to be re-heated leftover rice from last week, the pizza was a tasteless sloppy mess, and all the dishes containing chicken were rubbery and inedible. This was the final straw, and we checked out early and stayed at a resort hotel around the corner. What a waste of 400 usd this was. This hotel should close for a full renovation & fire the kitchen staff.

The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good. But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Svarga Resort Lombok. The room was very spacious and the view was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. That said, the property and facilities could use some refreshment as they feel a bit dated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but not as impressive compared to other hotel restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff. With some updates to the facilities and restaurant, this resort could be truly outstanding.

Hicimos una reserva con todo incluido para 2 adultos y 2 niños y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que era solo para 2 que los otros 2 habÍa que pagarlo a parte. El hotel le falta mantenimiento, paredes agrietadas e incluso nos faltaban toallas, pedimos servicio en la habitación y no nos trajeron el postre pedido… En su dia probablemente si fue un 4 estrellas .. pero se ha dejado mucho. El personal y la ubicación muy bien

Séjour d’une semaine dans une suite avec piscine, en soit le complexe est top mais malheureusement pas entretenu, des fissures partout, un bon coup de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire et pas seulement un coup de rouleau de peinture pour cacher la misère. Nous gardons tout de même à l esprit que la gentillesse et dévouement du personnel était incroyable.

I arrived after their announced time of check in , 2pm but still room was not ready until 2:45pm Stayed two nights, we had to call maintenance several times to come and clear the clogged sink , several calls , required them two visits to do it, once daily , but didn't clear it enough. The tv is away of the bed (suit room) in living room which has no air-conditioning making it impossible to watch tv . We double check at reception if the room has a safety box they replied of course but unfortunately not available in the room so we had to call again for it, they provided one but not secured on wall or floor (portable) safety box which anyone can basically carry it out of my room. Shower water was very low, another call to fix it , they just opened the shower pipe and clean it to be strong water again, made me wondering why not cleaning it without guest complain, it so obvious that a routine house keeper can notice it. They said free parking for motorcycle at the hotel's parking lot but have me signed a paper saying they are not responsible of anything happening or lost of motorcycle although the have security guards and CCTV . The public swimming pool is too narrow almost 3 meters, I didn't see anyone swimming .

Lovely hotel with modern rooms

The staff were so lovely, really helpful and the facilities on site are also amazing! The food was really nice and the rooms are really modern, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking the villa if you are going to be staying here!
