"My first time in a Hyatt. The bed comfort was outstanding. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was remarquable. The food was soooo delicious: the cheese board, the eggplant parmesan and even the morning coffee to go. Three days in Pointe-Claire where I was looking forward to end the day at my Montreal home. The Hyatt offers nespresso in their room! The hotel associates were also very courteous with a smile. Thank you Hyatt Dorval for a stay of high-quality."

Endroit idéal pour faire une pause, se ressourcer. J'ai choisi une chambre avec deux lits simple. Il y avait un lavabo dans la chambre. Salle de bain commune. Le tout très propre. Wow! "I always come to Aloft when I’m in Montreal which is once’s a month. I have been here on many occasions yet I made the mistake to try a different hotel last month. What a massive mistakes it was. It wasn’t as friendly, clean, well equipped and didn’t feel like “home away”. Aloft never fails you .. I am reluctant to write this review cause I would hate the price to go up, but this place is a Gem !"

This is a comfortable, elegant, and accommodating place without trying to portray some sort of unrealistic fantasy of grandeur. Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility.
