"Everything went well. The only thing is that how I I wish they have an early shuttle to bring us to the airport but the shuttle only starts at 5 am. But the front desk staffs were very helpful and arranged our taxi ride a day before our departure. The hotel is closed to the airport. It is also right across the train station and shopping areas as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay stress free! "

"The Hotel is a little distance away from the airport and is at least 45 minutes to an hour train ride away from downtown Seoul so take that into consideration when booking this location. They have convenient shuttle from the airport but it had to be booked in advance and was way overbooked for our ride. Get in line earlier so you can get on. The room itself was fine and offered plenty of amenities. The beds were hard and not very comfortable but worked out okay for the few days we were there. There is a train station right below the hotel and a busy highway next to it so if traffic noise keeps you awake you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend that you take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I wish we had eaten there each morning because they had a huge food selection. I would stay here again."
