Lovely hotel & friendly staff & a great location.

The Hotel is conveniently close to the main road, only a few minutes walk, where you are able to access the subway (Jongno 3- ga station) and also the 6002 airport bus service to and from Incheon airport (currently 10,000₩) we did have trouble finding the hotel when we arrived, but were kindly driven their by the local police. This is one of the main aspects I admire about Korea is that people are willing to do their best to help assist you in any way possible even if they know a limited amount of English. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly, accommodating and can speak English. In the first week of our stay we had trouble accessing the hotel wifi, they tried their best to fix the issue however we still did not manage to connect. They then moved us a few floors down and it worked out well. The rooms are nice and clean and provide enough space to fit luggage. The twin beds were really comfy and we had no trouble with easily falling asleep. The bathroom is also clean and provides enough space to place things around. Breakfast is served in the basement floor and provides a nice selection of continental and western food and drink. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it due to the efficient service received and as it is within the city center and close to a lot of popular places in Seoul.

このホテルが　5月25日で終わるなんて　寂しいです。

1号線・3号線・5号線と3本の地下鉄が利用できる　ドロスホテル　また　従業員の皆様も日本語が　お上手で 安心して泊まれるほてるでした。 とても　残念です。これから　どこのホテルに　考えてしまいます。

Perfect location

良いホテルです、シャワーだけ改善して欲しい

場所が少しわかりにくいので初めは戸惑いますが、慣れたら全く問題ありません、ホテル前にコンビニがあるのも便利です。シャワーの水量が節水対応のものにされていて不便でした。シャワーにすると水量が急激に減ります。ぜひ改善さて欲しいと思います。しかし、場所も良いですし、ホテル近くに飲食店もあり便利でしたので、また利用したいと思います、ありがとうございました。

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room

The hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes from an airport limousine bus stop, so it is easy to get to and from the airport. Arriving, the lobby was welcoming and proved to be a great congregating area for our large group before we headed out. Our room (twin) was comfy, and the bathroom was very pleasing and very clean. The only problem we had was that the hairdryer would overheat very quickly and cut out (and it seemed to happen in several of the rooms) so we would have to dry our hair in 5 minute blasts. The tea facilities were down the corridor from our room which was very convenient, and as there is a fridge in the room we could store milk in there. The beds were very comfy, and there was a decent amount of space for our luggage so it was mostly out of the way. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and could speak English, helping give directions or ordering taxis for us. I didn't always make it down for breakfast, but what I did sample was good, mostly a continental style, but I enjoyed the dumplings most. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location

Hotel is near to Jongno 3- ga subway station. Use Exit 14 which has escalators going up and down (instead of Exit 15 which are with stairs) to get to hotel. Follow the map/direction as indicated in hotel website to get to hotel. After exiting from Exit 14, you will be on the road level. Turn back and walk past Exit 15 which is on your right. Take first left turn into narrow alley, continue walking until you see the alley forks into a left and right lane. Take the right lane and you will see a 7-11 store on your right shortly and the hotel is on your left (in front of 7-11 store). The alley has shops on both sides. When the shops are closed at night, the alley is very quiet. I was all right walking through it during my 3 nights stay.

スタッフの方は日本語が通じます。 駅近でバス停も近くにあり、ロッテマートやe-martもバスで行けるので荷物がいっぱいでも楽に帰って来れました。 近くに清渓川が流れており東大門や市庁までのお散歩には最適なロケーションです。 周りに屋台も出ており食事には困りません。 又利用します。

We walked out from the train station and had to walk thru dark alley ways to get to the hotel late in the evening. We bumped into a police officer on the main street and he without hesitation walked us to the hotel. It was just us getting accustom to alley ways and streets of this nature. Otherwise, the exterior of the hotel is beautiful, near public transportation and had a nice stay there.

The first 3-night we stayed at Standard room which is okay and clean. But the Deluxe room is not as big as mentioned 170sqft and we were sent to the worst room at 307! There has water stain at ceiling, it is just above the bed's head and also the 3'X3' damaged wall near by the entrance. They just covered it up by separate wall paper! How come it will happened at a hotel! We went down to ask for change another room, but front desk staff Mr Kim said all deluxe rooms were full. We said we don't mind to change back to standard room and were refuse too. My friend get angry and ask your staff to go up to check the room and he has immediately to change another room 308 to us. Why he said ALL ROOMS were full at once?! The deluxe room has many molds at toilet's ceiling and lamps, as well as lots at the toilet sliding door's back. The towel is bit old and getting greyish white.

酒店地點靠近地鐵站，職員很友善有禮，設備尚可～

優點：坐6002機場巴士在鍾路3街下車，約幾分鐘路程就到酒店！靠近鍾路3街地鐵站14或15號出口，坐1號或3號線很方便！去明洞不用坐車，走路10-15分鐘就去到！職員很友善和有禮，英文水平不錯，check in和check out都很有效率！房間空調夠凍，床也蠻舒服！酒店附近有便利店、食店、咖啡店和戲院，超正！ 缺點：早餐雖然免費，但味道一般般，款式少！房間有一點點陳舊的感覺，枕頭不舒服，最討厭的是洗手間的燈好似有時間掣一樣，經常隔一陣自己熄，成日要重新開，煩死人！

位置不容易找，第一天便發覺洗手盤漏水，整個廁所都是水但職員不跟進，第二天才換房，服務還可以⋯但升降機少有的壞了，去了那麼多次旅行從沒發生這些事。

Pleasant stay and wonderful staff

A pleasant stay in hotel Doulos, very convenient (only 5 mins away from Jogno 3-ga station, which is connected to many lines). The staff was fantastic! especially Joon Bi Moon who helped me and friend one night! Thanks for the care. Polite and helpful staff. Buffet was lovely, and food was always available (usually had breakfast at 9am).

Loved the locations. So close to different metro stations as well as bus stops. Just off the main street so it was quiet, but still close to so many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was delicious. Room was small, but comfortable.

朝食のパンが美味しい

3度目の利用です。地の利が良い、朝食付きで値段が手頃、部屋でタバコが吸えるなどが決め手で、やはりここにしてしまいました。 いつもダブルですが、今回はツインに。ゆったり過ごせました。 シャンプー類(1回ずつの個包装)がいつも開けにくい(切れない)のでハサミを持参しましたが、チューブタイプに変わってました。 朝食は前の滞在と同じメニューでしたが、相変わらずパンが美味しかったです。コーヒーは部屋に持ち帰ってゆったり飲みます。夜も飲めると嬉しいですが、無理ですかね？ TVがずっとキーンと鳴っていたのと、バスローブに穴が開いていたのは減点。あと、照明がもう少し明るいと良いかな。 お願いだから、全館禁煙とかにならないでね。
