It was really clean, very well designed in my opinion and the staff was extremely polite and caring. Even held my luggage after checkout when my flight back was at night . I will definitely recommend to stay here if you want to stay in Itaewon. Very close to a lot of foods, clubs and bus stops/ Subway stations are also walking distance.

Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”.

Very easy to find, short walk from subway. Modern, stylish, clean and quiet. The neighborhood has many cute cafes, restaurants and shops. I’d stay there again. They also allowed you to leave your luggage for free later pickup on the day you check out so you could enjoy your last day in Seoul if your flight was later in the day. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room we had were not entirely cleaned. For those who have severe dust/feather allergies, please do let the desk know before you arrive, they do use top on the line feather bedding as priority. We did have card issues several times but other than that, the location is great!!

It was near the mosque and many halal food restaurants. We used the local bus and trains to get to many places from the hotel. The staff was always prompt and organized and often cleaned up the room while we were out for breakfast. There were a couple of structural issues with the room: the sink always had some water because of issue with drain. One of the screws came off the hanging TV, making it less stable. We had the gold room. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

日本語と英語のできるスタッフさんが出迎えてくれて安心しました。個性的なデザインのロビーで、客室も鏡が多めのオシャレな空間でした。シャワーの排水が悪かったのが不満ですが、スタッフさんがすぐに対応してくれました。隣の客室からイビキが聞こえてきて、うるさくて目が覚めました。壁が薄いのかもしれません。大体のアメニティは揃っていますが歯ブラシはありません。コーヒーメーカーは便利で、美味しいエスプレッソをいただきました。ミネラルウォーター２本/日は助かりました。

This is the HOTEL I use when I go to Korea. This time the room was renovated and was beautiful. The walls and floors were dark, so it felt sad. It's a shame that the artwork on the previous wall has disappeared. I've used it many times so it's the same usable and relatively quiet and comfortable to use. This was the first time I saw a cockroach and let it go, so I was scared to go to sleep. All rooms are disinfected and exterminated. Maybe they came through the bathroom pipes and air conditioners? For about four years, I have been traveling at a rate of four months and have been making regular .accommodations.

Our stay was overall very good! Only things to complain about is that the air conditioning only turned on when we had a room key inside the room, and even then it didnt work very well. Our room ended up being 80° most nights. Also, BE CAREFUL when getting in the bathtub if someone else showered before you. It is SO slippery and there is no texture or mat on the bottom. I ended up giving my boyfriend the scare of his life when i fell haha. The area is perfect for night life, but be aware that there will be a lot of loud music going on outside in the middle of the night all the way until 5am or so. If you are a light sleeper, maybe look somewhere else. The subway is literally a 5 minute walk away though, so it was super convenient since we were constantly up and doing something in the city during the day. Overall, I'd rate the place a 4 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again!

This was my first time staying this hotel, I was hoping to stay higher level room. Stayed for 4 nights and could not open the curtain since I was on the lower floor. Still it was a good place to stay. I had the cleaning service daily and the front desk staff were nice to assist me while my stay. Thank you,

Le hall de l’hôtel est propre et accueillant. La chambre était elle aussi propre et fonctionnelle (place pour les valises). La vue est un vrai plus ! Personnel réactif et agréable ! Petit bémol, la clim ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y a pas de fenêtres qui s’ouvrent.
