Great stay at Orakai Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location with easy access to transportation, cafes, and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was big and perfect for a family with young kids. Bunk beds and a very large king size bed. The main area had a dining table and sink which was perfect for getting some yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies into the kids at breakfast, when there's nothing else really open. Great central location, without being too busy like Myeongdong, made it really easy and affordable with young kids to get around by car. The staff were really friendly and always accommodating

This was our first time in South Korea and I have to say, everything was pretty much perfect at Oralia. Spacious room for 2 and the staff was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and warm. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. Very nice accommodation and we enjoyed our stay :-)

This hotel was premium quality for a very reasonable price. I stayed for almost two weeks and had zero complaints - staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms and amenities were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were particularly helpful and friendly - when I ran into them in the hallway they always had a smile and asked if I needed anything even on days when we didn't request a room refresh. Highly recommend this property, especially if you want to be close to the palaces and central Seoul.

The room at the Orakai was spacious, airy, and meticulously clean. The staff very graciously helped us out with various needs (spoon, glass, and ice fetching for our guests), dining recommendations, a cab-driver assist with directions for the driver, etc.). The level and quality of generous customer service and support received at the Orakai exceeds that of even high-end hotels in the US. An excellent and relaxing environment. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is in a quiet area, yet it’s very convenient to get around as buses make it easy to reach everywhere.
