Clean and comfy rooms. Conveniently located to transit and Myeonngdeong shopping areas. Breakfast was excellent every day. Laundry room came in handy with the end of summer humidity. Would recommend.

Themed room was super fun - especially with the whole floor being Line Friends themed. Staff were attentive and friendly - going out of their way to help. Would go back again.

Hotel room was just what we needed. Definitely on the smaller side so the walls were all scratched up from suitcases. The staff and accommodations is definitely very travel friendly. It was walkable to the shopping area and there’s so many restaurants within a couple minutes walk. I would come back!

The room seemed dated. After the second day there, when we returned from sightseeing, the room smelled like sewer. The staff quickly provided us with a new upgraded room. The new room seemed renovated and much brighter.

A just okay hotel with the best staff

The hotel is placed near everything you need, bus and tube. The staff is excellent, 6 out 5 stars. However, our room was not ready when we arrived at 3 o’clock when check in normally is. Our room was ready at about 30 min later. slightly annoying but things happens. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we got in. The floor was dirty, the toilet had hair around and in it, the tiles are dirty and look moldy and the bottom of the shower door is brown. Furthermore, some of the complimentary boxes in the bathroom were empty. The staff had put back the boxes the previous guests had emptied, and there was no toilet pappaer to be found anywhere in the room. But that’s unfortunately not all. The hallways sometimes reeked of smoke. Cigarette smoke. And it smelled in our rooms too if you left the air conditioning on, speaking of air conditioning. The air condition in the rooms was REALLY noisy. We had to use ear buds to sleep well. But back to the positives; the toilets in the reception were always clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, the fitness room was small, but really nice and cold, and always topped up with cold water. generally the state of the hotel was nice and clean. And again, the staff was superb.

お部屋は綺麗でとても良かった。洗面台にたてかけて置いた化粧水が倒れてこぼれてました。 2日間でつかうつもりだったのに、足りなくなりました。部屋はエキストラベットだったので仕方ないと思いますがテーブルと椅子の間が15センチくらうしかないところがあり、何度も足をぶつけて痛かったです。

自動チェックイン機もあり、チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズ。スタッフも日本語を理解してくれる。部屋も概ねキレイ。冷蔵庫には無料のお水のペットボトルがあり、またトイレは洗浄機付きなのが助かる。テレビはNHKの海外向け放送が観られる。歯ブラシは有料なので注意が必要。朝食は韓国の袋ラーメンを専用の調理器で作って食べるのが斬新だった。ワッフルも自分で作るのがおいしかった。

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Allerdings merkt man, dass eine kleine Sanierung mal wieder angemessen wäre.

すべてにおいて「優良」ホテルです。夫と2人、スイートに2泊しましたが、お部屋のインテリアも落ち着いていてとてもきれいでした。檜の四角いお風呂にも入り、大変心地良かったです。エアコンも天井に2つありスムーズに使えました。 2泊だけなのでお掃除不要とメイドさんに伝えたら、タオル交換と水ボトルの補充などすぐに対応してもらいありがたかったです。チェックアウトの時にフロントでタクシーの手配をお願いしたら、本当に4分でタクシーが到着！早くて驚きました！(たいてい長く待たされることが多いので･･･) チェックインも早くてスムーズでした！とにかくスタッフの方々は感じが良く、迅速に対応してくださりエクセレント！今回はレストランの利用は無し。周辺の飲食店は地元の人たちが多く利用していて明洞に比べてお安い感じです。ガイドブックに載ってない本当に美味しいお店もありますよ。セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心、私たち的には5つ星、次回もぜひこのホテルにしたいです！

ロケーションも良くお部屋も清潔でした。一階のレストランでは、一泊だったので朝食は付けませんでしが、休憩に２度コーヒー等いただき利用しました。サービスも雰囲気も良かったので、次は朝食をいただこうと思います。フロントのスタッフも皆親切でした。荷物を預けるロッカーも便利で良かったです。
