I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is excellen. Just a short walk to the famous Myeongdong Street, perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

The property is super clean, and the staff is friendly. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel management is to invest in is a slightly softer mattress. Felt like I was sleeping on concrete. My hips hurts so bad after sleeping on the mattress the first night, I ended up sleeping on my couch for the next 4 days of my stay. Otherwise, everything else was top notch.

One of the key reasons I chose this property was the advertised feature of soundproof rooms, which unfortunately turned out to be inaccurate. Throughout the stay, I could clearly hear sounds from surrounding rooms, i.e. conversations, movement, and plumbing. One night there was a loud and ongoing disturbance from the room above us, involving screaming / arguing. The noise persisted through the night, severely disrupting our sleep so we contacted reception on 3 separate occasions. The disturbance only ceased around 3:30 AM. We had a scheduled day trip the next morning and were forced to wake up at 5:30 AM after virtually no sleep. When I raised this issue with the reception staff the next morning (3 staff), they dismissed my complaint, merely stating that it was a “one-off incident.” This response, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, I would like to point out the following issues that further contributed to a very uncomfortable stay: - There were multiple lights from switches/buttons in the room that could not be turned off, making it difficult to sleep. - A large window in the room lacked proper curtains or blinds, allowing sunlight in sunrise (around 5:00 AM), again disrupting our sleep. - The shower design was impractical and caused water to flood the entire bathroom floor, creating an inconvenience after every use. Having stayed at numerous hotels, I can honestly say this was the worst night’s sleep I have experienced in any accommodation.

Pros: - well located - laundry washing machine in room (shared dryer in basement) - clean and comfortable - pay lockers are available to hold bags if you get there and are unable to check in Didn’t love - strict check-in policy - even though hotel rules allow for paying extra by the hour, the hotel was not at all flexible until exactly 3pm - shower is directly next to the toilet, with no barrier between them - our room had an automatic light in the entryway, which turned on every time I moved my feet around in bed Note - the hotel is hard to find using Apple Maps, however you can navigate to the massive Bank of Korea building 3 doors down.

It was my first trip to Korea. The hotel is located right after getting off the airport limousine bus at Namdaemun. The subway is also nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless, and there was a washing machine in the room, which was convenient. However, the dryer was in the basement. The staff was very friendly, and the service was good. The bed was a bit hard, but it was comfortable. I recommend it!

Loved the washing machine in the room. Pity we couldn’t use the dryer but there was two tumble dryers downstairs. Spacious room with a small balcony. Full size fridge/freezer which was really useful for drinks and snacks.

Good location to access a lot of tourist areas. We stayed in a 4 person room and the layout was okay. The bathroom sucked in that the shower did not have a partition and water got everywhere. The cleanliness was good. We did laundry in the in-unit washing machine; it turned some white items yellow, not sure if the machine needed cleaning.

南大門市場目の前、明洞エリアまでも徒歩10分程度と好立地だと思います。 荷物が増えても一旦置きにいける余裕がありました。 フロントの方もほとんどの時間いてくださり安心感がありました。 部屋の広さもちょうど良く窓が二重になっているので主要幹線沿いなのにしっかり防音されています。 部屋の中に洗濯機、LGスタイラーがあるのも嬉しかったです。 次回も利用したいです。

Very convenient location and lots of cuisine options within walking distance. Travelled with parents and they absolutely loved it. It could be loud at night due to traffic sound but with earplugs it is all good. Staffs were super friendly and willing to help. I appreciated for their professional hospitality. Will visit same location next visit.

Superior Single Room - comfortable stay for 4 nights. This is my 2nd time stay with the same hotel due to its location. Location - Nearest subway stop is City Hall Station (line 1/2) exit 7 with 10 minutes walk. Airport bus 6001 to Incheon Airport is next block within 100m on the same street. Safe for solo travelers. Room - was quiet and has balcony with a clear view of the Sungnyemun Gate (Namdaemun) on the 12th floor. Water pressure is strong. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Walking distance to Myeongdong for food and shopping. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. The housekeeper on duty was very attentive and friendly. She kindly check if I needed towel replacement or water as I came out of room as I put on Do Not Disturb indicator on. Bonus - The room is equipped with universal socket extension, washing machine and LG Styler (steam closet).
