It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!

Nice stay in Gangnam

The staff was very friendly and helped me with directions to nearby sights as well as showing me how to catch the shuttle to the airport. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable

Staff were very nice/disappointed -tiny room

Staff were very nice however the room was uncomfortable. Definitely need a long table to put my necessities. I had to put everything on the floor because you had a tiny round table. Chair was comfortable. Also need a converter. It would have been nice if the front desk provided a converter while checking in. I am from USA. Americans need a converter.

Location good but aircon has a not friendly scent

Overall it has a good location and easy to access point. The most concern is the cleanliness as I notice the air condition carry a scent everyday around evening ( may be it is the end of corridor room ) and sound proof do need improve, as picking up noise from street. Staff are friendly and helpful , very supportive.

Excellent location

This small, friendly hotel is in an amazing location. It is close to the Sinsa subway station with lots of restaurants and shopping places near by. Staff is also very friendly. They have answers for all your questions. The only thing surprised me, was I got charged pretty hefty for local phone calls I made.

The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were amazing , the rooms were a perfect size annd clean and the location was quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and some shops too. The location is good but a little far out from the main areas BUT there is a train station 5 mins away and buses nearby so it’s easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!
