"The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es ist alles sauber, der Spa ist super und das Frühstück auch. Auch nochmal vielen Dank an den sehr netten und lieben Chauffeur ( wissen leider keinen Namen ) der für uns immer da war, uns von der Liftstadion abgeholt hat und uns durch das Parkhaus gefahren hat ( haben unser Auto nicht gleich gefunden ), bitte liebe Grüße an ihn. "The stay was perfect. The hotel is established and you feel the history and class when you are walking in. The hotel staff is always available from unpacking your car and delivery your luggage on arrival to picking your luggage and packing your car back during departure. The service is incredible. The restaurant and bar are good with the variety of choices. "

"Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Saunen und Ruhezonen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist schön, aber etwas kühl. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man eher wärmeres Wasser bevorzugt. Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage: top! Wir kommen gerne wieder."
