They were helpful, friendly, kind and generous with their time. The surrounding area around the hotel was manicured, the pool was beautiful and roof top restaurant is a must see. "The Annexe room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean. There were plenty of clean towels and gowns and slippers were provided. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with choices from the buffet or al la carte. The hotel is well located on the strip opposite the beach and with the pine forest behind and within easy reach of the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Sin Astor."

"We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet."
