"This is a beautiful hotel. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because we did not have hot water in shower, not even warm water -it was cold water. I tried it at different times of day, it was always the cold water. I paid a lot extra to have the overwater villa, a once in a lifetime experience for me, so was very disappointing to freeze during my showers.
We told the staff, but they did not do anything about it. We told them we were coming back in a few days and could they offer discounted...
"Amazing stay. This was my second time. We stayed for four days. Amazing view of the sea. Check in was fast and our request for pick up and transfer to airport was granted without hassle. We also requested a late check out and we extended and got the same room. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Every eve we had cookies sent to us. These little touches are so meaningful. AC, safe, fridge work well. Breakfast was superb. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you so much!"

The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. "Loved this place, had the largest room with balcony overlooking the city and harbour, so sunset every afternoon was fabulous.
Staff were great, room was great, location was great, breakfast was great - but a little disappointed in the dinner meals. They were ok, but not so great. There were mistakes made, and food served cold - for Westerners this is not good!
