"Danny is the perfect host. He took care of everything and did so much to make our stay special. With Bush side breakfast and dinner with a campfire along with a perfect sundowner, he and the staff ensured our stay was extra special. And of course, Denis our safari game driver made sure we saw everything that one hopes to see in the Serengeti… leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, impalas… even a serval cat, along with a huge pride of lions full of cubs. "repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days."

"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...

"We arrived at the lodge’s main entrance road sign about 6pm, myself and two young daughters after a full day of driving, tired and hungry. The main entrance road was blocked by trees branches clearly arranged in a line across the road. No written sign to redirect traffic or explain. We drove on to see if there was another entrance, there was none. we drove back to the main entrance I got out of the car removed the branches and drove up to the lodge to find the road had been washed away a short...
