Certains membres du personnels au restaurant buffet, au bar du lobby ainsi que du service valet/bagagerie devraient revoir la définition du mot service. Mis à part la nonchalance de ces quelques personnes notre séjour a été assez agréable.

Daha önce de bu otelde ailecek konakladık bizi üzen şey ise otelde özellikle bar kısmında çalışanların İngiliz turistlerin esiri olmaları sadece barda sipariş vermek için bile seslenmeme rağmen çok zor sipariş verebildim. Üzücü bir durum Türk müşterilerinin geldiği noktayı gösteriyor. Gece müdürüne bu durumu iletmemize rağmen hiç oralı olmadı bu durumlar hep yaşanıyor dedi ben de tamamen hayalkırıklığı oldu bu otel bir sonraki konaklamam Yine bu gruba ait başka otelde bence benim tatilim üzücüydü

Qualitativ sehr gutes Essen , Spa , Pools , etc. alles einwandfrei und gut ausgestattet , das Hotel hat kurze Wege , der Strand ist ein bisschen klein , Service ist top !

Concierge lost my luggage, made me lose my flight

I arrived with my wife and toddler son after 12 hours journey to check-in to our booked Partial Sea View Room, the receptionist said our booking was upgraded to a junior suite but it is located outside the main building We thanked him and walked out to the suite which surprised us that it consists of 3 scales floor, connected to each other with 2 stairs, each one with 3 high-stoned steps which is really dangerous for our baby who is already mentioned within our booking with his age I called the reception and informed them of this and told that we really thank them again but we want to downgrade our booking to our pre-booked reservation, they said that they can not, and they upgraded our booking because they gave our room to someone else and this is what they have now and we have to stay at the suite! Few minutes later we found that the bed is broken, the staff said even if it is broken, we have to stay at the same suite until tomorrow at least because they don’t have any other option After a long discussion they found another one just few meters away! I insisted that it is still dangerous for my kid but the receptionist was rude enough to say this what we have, you can do whatever you want to! After talking to the management, we were moved to our booked room the next day. A room with two walls of hardened-glass pieces which transfers all the corridor light inside the room, requesting them to do something for 3 times, they covered it after I wrote it on a google review!

Although rated as a 5 star, it’s no more than a 3 star. Biggest disappointment was the range of food, despite having various food themes, it’s very much based around beef. On the plus side the staff were very accommodating, the pools were amazing , the hotel was close to Balek shopping , but limited for eating out, summary - if you’re looking for a family holiday with an upgrade from butlins with amazing weather then it’s ideal

Geweldig verblijf, goed resort

Goed gerund hotel, alles in orde. Nette kamers, hygiëne, service, ontvangst, eten. Ze mogen wel investeren in een parkeer mogelijkheid voor elektrisch opladen van autols. Tegenwoordig zijn er zoveel bedrijven en hotels die dit doen.

The hotel and staff made this holiday, they were really helpful and we were lucky we were upgraded to a quieter area near the individual swim up pools, otherwise the rooms we’d paid extra for in the main building weren’t very nice at all and noisy I’d imagine. The food wasn’t that great, and the restaurant/buffet experience was a bit of a stressful, noisy melee, and it wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but you had to pay extra (£60 for the four of us) if you wanted to eat in the ‘á la carte’ restaurants which Expedia hadn’t pointed out to us!

Ok accommodation and grounds, the staff were lovely but the food was a bit disappointing unless you paid the extra £15 per person to dine in the ‘á la carte’ restaurants which Expedia hadn’t pointed out, not really fair on an ‘all-inclusive’!

Great stay at Cornelia Delux. All the staff were very friendly and could not do enough plenty of choice throughout then week for different places to eat and drink.
