"One of the best accommodations we have EVER stayed in, plus it was super convenient for visiting our University of Otago student. Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. "This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard."

"Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay."

"Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels. An old but gracious manor that has been refurbed in a style that definitely would be termed "lived in luxury " that "embraces nostalgia" .......its central to Dunedin City , has an outside seated smokers area where there is a bbq available to use and doubles as a great space to share drinks and chillax to music as it is sheltered from the road and has privacy from neighbouring homes. .
