"upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located perfectly on the beach. the room was decent and the a/c took a second to figure out how to use. the only complaint would be the kitchen staff that serviced the dining area. they were not the friendless folk. we had to ask several times for items to be refilled when empty. "I really enjoyed my stay..i had lower expectations and waa pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable. AC waa nice and cold, breakfast was free and standard( some variety). Amenities ( pool, sauna, pool table, board games, ironning roo) were convenient. The best thing was the Service and the concierge. The guy at the front desk was welcoming , nice and informative...he made the stay feel safe and comfortable as he told me al the scoop, the hotspots, the do,'s and donts and spoke very good English."
