"Great service"

"This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star"

"My first Solo travel. Could not be more pleased. Walking distance to Circle-Victoria line -access to all the touristy spots. Walking distance too many other must sees. Enjoyed my trip and location. Definitely would recommend."

"Room was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful that this hotel is undergoing major renovations that begins at 09:00 A.M. however not on the weekends. Location is fantastic! 2 minute walk to Kensington Park. And less than 5 minute walk to Queensway underground. Would stay there again!"

"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."
