"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent beach access, as well as a complimentary spa with saunas, showers and indoor/outdoor pool. It is easy to order delicious, well priced food from the pool deck. Every employee that we encountered did their best to make our stay perfect. It was my friend’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make her day special. The complimentary breakfast feast was unbelievable, even free mimosas! I highly recommend this hotel. "Casa Palmela was the perfect alternative to staying in Lisbon on our first night after flying in from Canada, before heading onward to the Algarve. It was lovely to wake up in such a beautiful setting and the bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long travel day! We were traveling with an infant and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating."

"Location is ideal. Close to tourist sites, restaurants, shops, transportation, but is on a quiet corner."

"We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and had a free shuttle. The hotel appears to be fairly new. It’s clean and well-kept, although the rooms are very small. There is a small restaurant on site that serves ok food and has a decent wine list. Note that if you want to shuttle you must reserve the airport pick up in advance, and you must get a ticket from the front desk for your return to the airport"

"El hotel era excelente empezando por la ubicación muy céntrico cerca de todos las tiendas y restaurantes con una atención de primera todos en recepción destacaban por su amabilidad lo mismo que en el restaurante de muy buena comida u ofertas gastronómicas y la limpieza de primera todos los días sin faltar nos limpiaban y organizaban la habitación y nos cambiaban sábanas y toallas en fin un hotel al cual regresar nuevamente 🙏"

"Solo estuvimos unas cuantas horas. Antes de tomar le siguiente vuelo. No me salió agua caliente de la regadera."

"Very well located, great restaurants and overall staff was very helpful. Building D could use some maintenance and better cleaning, but overall good experience!"

"Clean and new property steps from the airport. Thank goodness they have a 24 hour shuttle as my flight was at 5:30 am and I had a lot of luggage. I missed the breakfast but they let me go to the hotel across the parking lot that had a breakfast that started at 3."

"Awesome place to stay right in the Baixa Lisbon next to the big square. Lovely hotel and super convenient to every thing. Will stay again for sure."

"What a fabulous beautiful stay! We were made to feel so welcome, like it was our own home but also so spoiled and indulgent. A room with a view indeed!! Fabulous bed and pillows, gorgeous breakfast. Quick 10 min to walk to the city or call Ubers to if you like"
