"The apartment we had was of a decent size and as it was on the ground floor we had access to the private garden area. Pool area was nice and peaceful. Plenty of loungers to the size of the hotel. Breakfast had a really good variety to include samples of local varieties too. Staff were very happy and friendly in an authentic manner. Proximity to the beach was excellent, within minutes stroll with useful convenience shops on route. The hotel was well maintained and pleasant environment. The only thing was the air conditioning in the bedroom of our apartment wasn’t very effective which was challenging in the heatwave climate. Other than that, a very pleasant stay."

"The property is similar to a resort, more than a hotel. Which we loved. The outdoor dining and bar were very nice and the pool was deep. Lots of families - made you feel warm inside seeing everyone. The ONLY reason I gave it four stars is the air conditioning in the room would only go down to !8 degrees. With the hot sun - it was not cool enough. We had to close window drapes during the day (when we were not in the room) to help keep it cool. We called for maintenance thinking the air conditioning fan wasn't working well - no luck. Other than that, I recommend this resort."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!"

"Outstanding views and rooms were very spacious. Everything was wonderful including the server Mar who went out of her way to make our coffee visit outstanding. The only thing I would say is to get new towels that match the hotel standards and also the rooms as not soundproof as we could hear the people above us. Small thing but the place is beautiful!"

"Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."
