"I stayed at the _Leonardo Royal_ in Palma and overall, it was a very good experience. _The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming_, always smiling and ready to help — a real plus that makes all the difference. The hotel itself was _very clean and well equipped_, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easy to feel comfortable there. A small downside regarding the room: it lacked a bit of cleanliness upon arrival, with dust and a few hairs visible, which was unfortunate...

"Great place to star all round. Shame they limit water after breakfast. Not even to fill baby’s water bottles or ice for drinks. "

"Otroligt bekvämt hotel, bra och rymligt rum! Kylen var dock väldigt liten och en av hyllorna var trasiga med inget som störde så mycket. Annars mycket bra rooftop pool och bar samt andra utrymmen på hotellet! Sjukt nice utsikt och läge precis vid havet och gångavstånd (5 min) till strand och mataffär. Det är både familjevänligt och ungdomsvänligt. Åkte med två tjejkompisar och vi är väldigt nöjda!😁"

"I have a warm welcome with the staff. The location is good and walkable to dining areas. The room is clean and tidy. "

"Vi hadde et fint opphold. Leiligheten var sliten men det var rent og sengene var gode. Vi bodde på samme hotell året før også. Uteområdet er fint og beliggenheten suveren. Vi kommer tilbake til nyrenovert apartment. De holder på."

"Hôtel conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Lieu festif, pas toujours calme, de grandes piscines, un buffet petit déj copieux ! Proche de Palma. Circulation facile en bus ou voiture de location. Toujours eu de la place sur le parking gratuit en face de l'hôtel (au mois de mai, à voir sur la haute saison) "

"Lovely clean room. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Breakfast buffet was ok"

"Basic, clean, budget accommodation. Considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area. Not as fancy, but clean, quiet, short walk to town, friendly staff. Room had tv and aircon. "

"Jeg var afsted med fem veninder og vi var super glade for at bo på Sol y Vera. Vi kunne alle seks sidde og spise osv sammen ude på den ene altan, hvilket vi var mega glade for, at der var plads til. Hotellet ligger perfekt ift byen, strand, restauranter osv, da det hele er i gåafstand. Det eneste vi synes vi manglede var et viskestykke, karklud og opvaskebørste samt håndsæbe, da dette desværre ikke var i lejligheden. Men alt i alt var vi super glade for vores ophold."

"Loved the property, didn't like the noisy and jam packed pool at the weekend, we went off to the beach, too many people, children, screaming and bombing into the pool. But loved the super friendly staff "

"hotel in great location. staff very friendly and helpful. rooms not very big and not very comfortable. kitchen very basic . bathroom ok but needs some tlc. great shower tho. no iron in apartment. nice pool area but despite the hotel requesting no putting towels on sunbeds if not using - the requests were ignored- very annoying when wanting to sit round the pool and none available because of peoples selfishness. generally the hotel flora is a reasonable place to stay but it could definitely so...
