"The room was large, clean and had a comfortable bed. However, it seemed lacking in toiletries and room amenities for a 4 star property. The pool and beach lounge chair area were very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food and made to order omelettes available. The fresh juices were delicious. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which made accessing the main tourist attractions convenient."

"We stayed at ITC Mora for one night and found it to be a convenient option for our short stay in Madrid. One of the biggest advantages was how easy it was to get to the hotel by bus from the airport, which made our arrival very straightforward. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative when we arrived, which was much appreciated. Our room had two bedrooms, although there was no separate living space. The bathroom was located inside one of the bedrooms, which was a little inconvenient when travelling with multiple people, as accessing the bathroom required going through one of the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable enough for one night, although they weren’t the most comfortable we experienced during our trip. That said, the location worked perfectly for what we needed. It was easy to walk around and explore Madrid from the hotel, and for a one-night stay, the convenience and location suited us well. Overall, it was a good choice for our needs and the length of our stay."
