"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. "I love that the balcony was huge.. ice lounge furniture.. very close to stores and restaurants. Transportation (circuit) 4$ a ride within city limits can’t beat it. Bed was very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet.. will definitely stay here again when visit.. oh and check in wasn’t until 4pm but luckily I was able to check in at 12 that was awesome.. I really appreciate that."

"There was a smell of marijuana outside the room. People were smoking it all day by the pool. The second bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. They were doing repairs to the wall outside the master bedroom. They were using a hammerdrill on the concrete wall of our bedroom."

"These are older buildings. So they aren’t going to be perfect. We had a great time. Great location. We stayed in the coral rock house. Saturday night was Tuff to sleep. So FYI on that location. This unit had pots,pans and dishes. The hot water heater either got very hot or cold. Little stuff like this. Parking is tuff in this location. They save 1 car spot. I would stay there again."

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."
