This property is excellent. It’s located on Seven Mile Beach, within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you need. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the beach is absolutely spectacular. It offers great value for the price. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this property again

Beautiful property! Condo was spacious very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Beach is small but that was fine with us because it was mostly empty. This was a great time of year to visit because there’s no crowds. Crystal clear water and snorkeling right on the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants and Camana Bay. Amy in the office is awesome and truly cares if her guests are having a good time or if they need anything. We would stay here again.

I loved how close to the pool our unit was. I purposely booked a ground floor so we wouldn't have to drag luggage up steps because there is no elevator. Not a wide beach but I like that. Easy to get to the water and it was usually so calm. The condo was perfect for our needs. We mostly ate at the condo. We grilled out one night and cooked breakfast in the mornings. It was Labor Day weekend, low season, and there was hardly anyone there! We plan to return to this condo for a longer vacation sometime. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very spacious and lovely. The Regal Beach resort is on the Seven Mile Beach which is absolutely stunning, with it’s warm waters and beautiful color. We didn’t like that the Marriott Resort next door was having construction done…it was noisy. The Regal Beach resort notified us via email that the construction was happening, so at least it wasn’t a surprise. All and all our stay there was great and very relaxing

Oceanfront balcony was bigger than most hotel rooms. Literally 30-40 ft to the water. No crowds-quiet. Excellent value for your money which is needed since eating will cost you double in the Caymans than it does in the US.
