Low quality everything from napkins and plastic ware to cooler and juices.. apples and bananas from the supermarket discards. Had a roach in the bathroom first day. Stayed four nights and everyday I have to go back to desk to reprogram the keys… towels and toiletries are awful cheap quality. Front fest staff is rude and mal informed. Non professional attire.. chewing gum constantly and bother to get up to...

"This motel is in a very quiet area, and has a nice cozy cottage vibe to it with updated rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous. We felt very comfortable staying there. I highly recommend staying there and enjoying the surrounding businesses’ and environment."

Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly...
