"The room was updated and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was included, the manager was friendly, and we were able to stay with our dogs. "

"The outside didn't look that inviting in my opinion but inside had a unique well kept look down to the well dressed front desk greeters. Service was excellent. I had told the young man at the front desk that we'd by checking out by 6am. The breakfast started at 7am. When we were checking out in the morning he had told us that the coffee was brewed and he had put some croissants and baked goods out. I will definetly stay here again."

"The motel is in a convenient location. The rooms clean and tidy. The drive up parking and access to the rear green space was a bonus. Check I was easy with detail sent by email prior to our arrival. This is a pet friendly motel which is why we picked it. The backyard is great but there was no sign of a garbage can outside. A dumpster on the property was completely filled. We did not see an employee at the time of this review. The small patios behind the units are weed filled and need attention....

"The hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!"

"We were not expecting much when we booked but had a great surprise when we opened the door. The inside had been updated, it was clean and very comfortable. They are working at improving the look of the front of the hotel. We will stay here again."
