It had a slanted roof and slightly dimmer lighting but those were the only real issues I would point out. The window made up for it as I could actually open it to air out the place if necessary. "We checked into Hotel Boutique Corral del Rey for our short stay in Seville during our trip to several cities in Spain. This by far was the most wonderful hotel and experience in all of our travels. The staff were kind, courteous, and extremely friendly and helpful. They gave several excellent recommendations and really helped us make the most of our short trip to Seville. "Very nice and friendly staff, clean room , tried so hard to keep the guests happy and welcomed . Breakfast was included with the price and it was a great breakfast. The location of the hotel is very nice, very close to cathedral , Royal Alcazar castle and Santa cruise , Tiana River and everything else. "Après un charmant accueil, ce fut le désenchantement car la chambre premium attribuée était attenante à l'ascenseur et non insonorisée en conséquence d'où un bruit infernal durant toute la nuit. Nous avons contacté la réception à 23h15 où il nous a été proposé des boules Quies, chose inacceptable. Enfin, insistant pour changer de chambre, ceci a été accepté pour le lendemain et les 6 nuits suivantes avec un courrier d'excuse. Le reste du séjour s'est très bien passé."
