My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every inch of the building. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also a nice bonus. The location was perfect and makes a great home base for the walkable attractions near by (La Setas, The Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar…) and I would have to agree with all the other reviews that Olga was such a sweet and welcoming host! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sevilla.

When we booked this property we could never have imagined just how stunned we would be upon arrival. Olga, our host, was so helpful and communicative throughout the stay. When she first showed us our room - with the separate balcony and views of the rooftop terrace - we were smiling for an hour straight. One of the best stays ever. 11/10.

False advertising. In the winter, there is no hot tub. There is no Terrace open. Rooms have a strange smell. Owner refused to refund us but we left early after so many issues and got a partial refund. Don’t come in the winter.

The room had a severe ant infestation spreading from the washroom to the bed, rendering the room uninhabitable, leading us to evacuate and seek alternative accommodation, after which the host refused a refund. The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night. A further cleaning was arranged the following day. However, upon return, the room had a strong disinfectant odor, ants were still present in the washroom, and now a whole colony in the bed too! At that point, the room was not fit for occupancy. We were forced to check out due to the conditions of the property. The host waived the additional fee for my sister, but later refused a refund, stating we checked out too late. This is unreasonable given that the departure was caused by an uninhabitable condition and repeated failed remediation efforts. And we had relied on their earlier assurance that the issue would be taken care of while we were out. The handling of the situation was unprofessional, and the cleanliness and habitability issues were not resolved at any point during the stay. The experience caused significant mental stress throughout the stay.

Beautiful apartment, amazing roof terrace

We stayed in the penthouse suite. Immaculately clean, spacious with a huge roof terrace. Beautifully furnished with a Moorish feel to it. Well equipped kitchenette. The terrace had great views with comfortable furniture to lounge on and attractive plants. Location was good - 15 min walk to the Giralda. Las Setas was close by (we could see it quite clearly from our terrace). Eateries, bars and supermarket nearby. We liked the area which was lively but felt less touristy and more local than other parts of Seville closer to the Giralda. We would stay here again.

Great location in center of the city with only a short walk to all attractions. King size bed was comfortable and the room provided plenty ammenities that would rarely come with the room such as olive oil and vinegar. Olga was very helpful. If you are not from the city street noise and chuch bells may take getting used to.

The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with TV. Being the lowest grade the windows overlooked the internal light wells. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was. The kitchen included a starter quantity of tea, coffee, sugar etc. The apartment is situated on a small pedestrian area opposite a church and we did not notice any vehicle noise. The apartment was only minutes away from several areas with good restaurants and the manager recommended several. The manager was very helpful despite limited English and we booked a tour through her. Overall a good experience and we would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay..

The apartments were beautifully presented, clean and in a central location. The kitchen was well equipped and had a washing machine. It felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the terrace was a real luxury in the heat of Seville. We were able to reserve parking in advance for the duration of our stay, and were able to walk to the areas we wanted to visit. There were lots of places to eat and drink locally. Our welcome to the apartments was warm and friendly and we had no problems during our stay. Our children were made most welcome. We would definitely recommend staying here.
