Lovely spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment which contained everything we required for a comfortable stay. We found the property manager to be helpful providing recommendations for local restaurants, etc. The location was great as we could walk to most places we wanted to visit.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Walking distance to Alcázar palace! There is no front desk but the communication via WhatsApp was great. Any questions we had it got answered very quickly. We will stay here again!

Eleven Apartments are right in the middle of beautiful Sevilla, easy walking distance from everything you might want to visit. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed - washer/dryer, full kitchen. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Entry to the building and apartment was easy, and felt very secure.

A perfect stay in Seville

Everything was perfect from booking, to checking in and our stay throughout. Couldn’t fault the team for their constant communication and thinking of everything that we would need for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect, walking distance to the main sights and great restaurants just round the corner. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in Seville.

The apartment was beautiful inside, in an ideal location that was walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. the location is close to everything yet in a quite street, apartment is spacious, I have more space than I needed, love the decor and all the things that is provided so I can have a enjoyable vacation. I’m taking note of some of the design ideas, it’s the attention to detail that makes everything different. Some suggestions that the apartment could have been improved for a even better stay, the sensor faucet in the bathroom is quite difficult to use because dispenser time is short so you can’t finish washing your face without waving your hand like crazy. Could put a portable shelving unit under the bathroom sink, there is not enough storage space near the sink for skincare product or towel. In general, it’s been a lovely experience and I would recommend to others.

Clean, good location, well decorated. There was a problem to check in. Nobody there at night. We got entrance code through email. Finally it was solved. There is no safe box. But it is a good area and nothing to worry about! Will recommend this hotel to my friends

Beautifully appointed, spacious suite with separated bedrooms and bathrooms making it easy for a family or two couples. Public parking and taxi stand nearby. Easy walk to main attractions and restaurants. A bit noisy in the evening, but not enough to deter staying here. Our first floor apartment was quite dark, would try to get an upper floor.

Wonderful Place!

We had a great experience here from start to end. The location as absolutely amazing and withing walking distance to preyyu much all good places. The window shutters give an excellent blackout to have a comfortable sleep. Owners are super friendly and helpful. The only minor issue what mattered to my wife was that there is no comfortable area for ladies to use as dressing table / mirror infront....Also, it would be a good idea if there is a "quick cleaning" service for guests who stay longer than "x" amout of days, just to give it a touch of luxury! But overall, it was excellent. We had a great sense of being at home and experience real life in Seville. We'd love to come back at some point. Thank you so much!

The 3-bedroom apartment was large and spacious. It has all the amenities you need; plenty of towels, ironing board, coffee machine and more. The apartment was very clean though a few items in the bathroom were a little worn. The staff were always on hand when needed for questions on Whatsapp which was great. The location was great and 10-15 mins walk to most attractions, restaurants and bars. As we were on the ground floor, the only complaint would be the noise of other guests slamming the front door and hearing the footsteps of people in the above apartments. Other than this, it was a great stay.

This apartment is NOT taken care of. The staff are incredibly kind and apologetic for issues but that does not make up for the state of things. We also came back to our apartment one day and found staff in our apartment WITHOUT our knowledge. There is NO reason staff should be entering a guest’s quarters without consent!! Unacceptable operation.

Great stay

Beautiful decoration, great layout, two bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The location was excellent—you don't need to use public transit or taxis since almost all the historical sites are very close. There was also a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. The only issue we had was that the unit initially smelled like sewage, but after we called, they came the next day and fixed the problem. I also recommend requesting a unit on a higher floor. We were on the first floor, and the windows were not soundproof. On the last day, we had a hard time sleeping because there was construction work on a nearby house.
