Staff were very friendly. Hotel pool was absolutely delightful. Room was lovely and well sound proofed. WiFi works flawlessly. Food was ok, very bland and not much variety but cooked well and always hot.

Everything was good , except for dinner buffet they told us we could eat there at 9:40pm , however soon after we started eating they were closing down. Would have been nice if they had informed earlier.

It’s s convention hotel- well run but basically Betty impersonal. For us it was a mistake because it was too far out of town. Taxi service easily available so once we took taxis and didn’t get confused about bus directions, we did well enough. Our travel pattern of to be in and out of the room during the day which wasn’t practical from this distance out I of Yuen.
