This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly.

Everything you could want in a hotel.

Hotel had everything including kitchen, dishwasher and washer for clothes in the room. Room was clean and very modern. Perfect size. We felt at home and did not want to leave.

A really nice clean fresh property located on a main road. 15 20 min walk to the main attractions. When I had issues locating the property, I rang Limehome customer service and was able to speak to an agent within a couple of mins and they were very helpful.

Nice choice if exploring Seville

Very good place to stay. On a bus route to the train station and into the city. Close to nice cafes/tapas/restaurants. Use of a pool and a terrace. Quite a small apartment but adequate for a couple. No reception but very clear and straightforward entry procedure. Basic cooking facilities with microwave and hob. Washing machine useful but note there is nowhere to dry clothes. A washer/dryer would have been better. Lidl five minutes walk away. Would recommend for a short stay exploring Seville and surrounds.

Highly recommended spot in Seville

This room was perfect for us..it had kitchen facilities so we could make our own breakfast and whatever else we needed. Plenty of space to move about, a couch to sit on, good sized bathroom. There was even (bonus!) a washing machine so we didn’t have to find a laundromat! Three different supermarkets within 5 minutes walk from the front door. Everything we might need for a five night stay was provided.. 10 minutes walk to Santa Justa station, 20 minutes walk to the centre of Seville. There was even a swimming pool and a roof terrace we could use if we wanted. The Limehouse people were very quick to answer queries via e mail.

I stayed about 21 noghts on a business trip to Seville. The location was perfect in terms of public transportation, dining options and grocery stores nearby. Access was super easy. A couple negatives: my room shared an outside wall where the neighboring building's garbage dumpsters were constantly being banged around causing loud thunderous noices. The cleaning staff kept mixing the shower shampoo and liquid soap not in accordance with the container labeling. There are aunts in the bathroom running along the baseboards. The outside front rim of the toilet had a stain left from an adhesive sticker, perhaps when it was installed from the supplier.

Explore Sevilla

Very clean modern spacious room. Has cooking facilities - hot plate, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, plates. Bed is comfortable. They can improve by providing 2 extra pillow. Communication is by Whatsapp. No human contact. Sundeck on top is good for walking sunset. Has swimming pool but did not use. Hotel is halfway between train station and the city center. 12 mins walk each way

Good but not great.

The property was nice but they had a few flaws. We showed up at the tail-end of summer and the room's A/C was turned off for the year. It took the company 24 hours to fix and could not offer a fan, so the first night was hot and loud with the windows open. The bathroom hand soap was switched with the shampoo and they were both bolted in so that wasn't great to use. The towels were a little old. We could never figure out the dryer function of the washer/dryer so our clothes never dried out. It is an okay location; 25 minute walk to the city center.

Its new, clean, & comfortable. Walking distance from train station. 2 Supermarkets nearby. Check in must be done before arrival. They don't allow you inside the lobby/building while you check in. Make sure you ask property to send check in process prior to. Their system didn't send this to me before arrival. In the middle of the street, in 30° Celsius, in bright sun (difficult to see the screen on my phone), I had to unpack my bag to access my documents to send to them. They know this is a known issue with Expedia bookings, yet some how sending the check in process for this booking was missed. Assuming most travelers are tired when they arrive & their documents are packed safely in their luggage, it can be frustrating, inconvenient, & unsafe (if you need to unpack in the street) if you check when you arrive. There's no staff at the property on hand to help if you need. Hopefully you don't encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own. I'm not sure how fast they can arrange for staff to assist. Looks like the point of contact are people in another country. There's no possibility of luggage storage at this property. If you plan to explore after check out, make sure you have another place to store your things or be prepared to carry your luggage around.

Des enjeux importants quant à l'obtention de produits et de services de base: changement de serviettes, papier de toilette, shampoing et vidanges. Après tout, nous étions là 5 nuits!!! L'établissement devrait prévoir naturellement ces approvisionnements sans qu'on n'ai a les contacter le matin... et attendre 48 heures pour être dépanné... parce qu'il y a personne sur place ! Aussi, nous avons eu de notre coté des enjeux d'internet avec notre fournisseur privé, Nous aurions alors souhaité un meilleur appui de leur part au téléphone pour nous assister... tout était compliqué! Par exemple, pour obtenir du papier de toilette, tu devais fournir, ton nom, ta durée de séjour, ton numéro d'enregistrement... (Il manquait juste ton numéro de passeport) tout cela pour du papier de toilette. Ridicule !!!! Rien pour nous aider réellement. Notre expérience avec un hébergement sans ressource sur place est certainement la dernière !

Great location! C2 & C1 bus stop is conveniently located across the street to go to the train station Santa Justa and others places. Many cervecerías serving great tapas are located in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay next time!
