"This hotel is a gem. It's like they took old town and stuffed it into hotel. Just take a look at the pictures and you can see it's pretty magical. My room originally was too small for my liking (it literally was only as big as a foot and a half around the bed) but they happily switched me to a more comfortable space. If I were to be in Seville again, I would book here again."

"Great hotel in fabulous location close to the Metro for visiting all the sights in Seville. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was huge with a fantastic bed, lovely pillows and a great bathroom, it was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was not very well soundproofed and we could hear the neighbours baby crying like it was in our room.
The advertising of the Spa by Expedia is misleading as it is not part of the hotel package, and is chargeable...

"This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Centrally located in the heart of old Seville, literally steps from all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. This 15th century palace with stunning architecture provided the authentic and historic Seville setting we were looking for, with modern amenities. Service was top notch by the entire staff, especially the daily personal breakfast by Gonzalo in the beautiful dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed his morning company, conversation...
