"Very friendly and polite staff. The location of the hotel cannot be any better, just next to bus stop, tram and metro stations. Can walk 4 minutes to the main shopping centre. Hotel itself is very clean and well designed. If I visit Seville again,I would definitely stay in this hotel with my family ..."

"The room was dirty, the shower and sink didn’t drain, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance came and told us to “use less water” and “flush less,” which is ridiculous.
