Eurostars Al-Ándalus Palace
I got a different room than I booked. After my intervention, the room was changed to the corresponding reservation. Parking was safe. Room was clean.

Hotel Giralda Center
The staff didn’t tell me I have to activate the parking card at front desk. She just told the car will be automatically identified by camera, I didn’t have to do anything. But when exited garage, the bar didn’t lift up, I have to press the emergency button for help.
