Good location and easy walking distance to downtown. Room was clean and comfortable and was about as expected. A little pricy for the room but relatively the same as other rooms in the area. It was good for a quick overnight stay.

The location of the place is the top feature. It is close to most things in Seward and walking distance to some of the boat tours. Otherwise, it's pretty bare bones and it's a bit overpriced (but everything is expensive in Seward is expensive for the peak Summer season). Also, note that it is next to the Main Street for Seward, so it can be a bit noisy.

Clean, comfortable, and safe with an incredible view of Resurrection Bay! The location couldn’t have been better. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to see in Seward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was pretty clean except for a few dead mosquitoes smashed on the wall.. the view is beautiful, the place is very close to all the restaurants They also had 15% off for Kenai fjord tour

Great location! I never saw the staff, but the key was left for me at the front. Nivedita sized rooms, but mattresses seemed old and did not hold their shape. Bathroom was small, and sink was in the room.

The location was great. We could see the bay and there was easy access to town. The motel needs updates. The electric outlets were loose and need replacing. The sink drain could be cleaned out, something that does not need a plumber.

Murphy's Alaskan Inn was a great place to stay before boarding our cruise. The staff was excellent and very helpful (housekeeping & front desk). The room was very clean and well maintained (much better than the chain hotel we stayed at in Anchorage). The only thing I think the hotel could do to improve is if they were able to provide a shuttle to the cruise port; however, the even without the shuttle the front desk staff was very helpful with helping us figure out the best way to the cruise port and even kept an eye out for our taxi when we decided to go that route. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Seward.

An older motel that provided ok accomodations. Even with temps in the 50's, the rooms were very warm. Small room with no place for luggage. Staff was wonderful.

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Only negative was no hair dryer in our room. Could tell where it was supposed to be. Other rooms had one so must have just been ours. My husband went to the lobby to ask for one but no one was available. We would stay here again

This is an older facility, no AC, but comfortable enough. It's right on the road in the harbor part of town, so close to seafood, national park visitor center, etc. It's fine, and reasonable cost, just don't expect a Holiday Inn.

The staff was great. The property smaller and is dated however, the problem is the plumbing is in-need of service. Our bathtub/shower was extremely slow to drain (yuck). You can tell drainage issues have plagued the units as wall access panels were of different colors (we rented 2 rooms). When that issue is corrected, the property will do for a night or two prior to leaving out on either a charter or cruise ship.
