"When we checked in one of the beds were dirty. We called the front desk and she moved us. The rest of the stay was good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was decent."

"Upon arriving, and checked in; we went to our room and found it uncleaned from the previous guest. I reported it to the front desk and they "upgraded" our room. It would have been better to clean our room, and reduce our cost! I questioned the clerk and was told that she wasn't authorized to do that... It was no fun hauling our baggage to another room, on a different floor, after we unloaded into the first room. Overall; After the check in problem our stay was good."

"It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made.
