"My go to hotel in KL, great hotel, location and food and the staff couldn't be more helpful. If you can stretch to a Club Room you have access to the Club Lounge for breakfast, all day soft drinks and cocktails between 5pm and 7pm with loads of snacks."

"The hotel is near shopping mall Plenty of places to eat and shop Walking distance to the twin towers Breakfast is superb, so many choices of cuisine from malay, indian and chinese. All delicious! I will stay here again next vacation."

"Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental "
