Hotel Murah di Shakertown

"A historic"

"Great place to stay in a lovely community."

"Room wall is dirty. Heater doesn't work in the morning and doesn't fix it."

"The hotel was clean and was maintained. Everything appears to have been updated. I slept well and the Internet was fairly stable. I had a pleasant stay. No elevator to the second floor, but it wasnt to bad."

"Must stay while in the area!"

"There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen."

"Very nice stay. Clean, great food and coffee, very comfortable"

"Great stay at yet another Embassy Suites."

"The handicap accessible room was perfect for me and I’m in a power wheelchair. The staff was very helpful getting my bags to my room and the coffee in the lobby was very good and available all day! I’m a coffee drinker, but the breakfast was loaded with everything you could think of and very good quality! I really loved my stay and will definitely return"

"The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!"

"The hotel needs better luggage carts. They especially need carts with hanging racks. That was the most terrible experience trying to keep our luggage and garment bags on them small, sorry carts."

"We've stayed at this hotel twice... the first time we stayed, no complaints. Fast forward a couple years... it's really gone down hill. Our room was decent, clean & comfortable bed, but the toilet had issues, the hot tub was cold and had a giant pile of dirt in it (we booked this hotel for this amenity, but was definitely lacking). The firepit was lit, but the patio furniture was a mess... couldn't sit on it & relax. Easy check in & check out. 3/5 Oh and they charge for parking now. 🙄"
