Hotel Murah di Shakertown

"This property is like staying in Colonial Williamsburg. It is very old. The floors creek, the pipes sing in the night and there is little to stop any noise coming from other rooms. Beware the nails sticking out of the ancient hardwood floors! This is not very accessible if you have walking issues. Lots of uneven pathways. The drive out there is scary at night! Do not take the fastest route to get there from the airport- take the straightest way. But the place is exceptionally quiet and peaceful....

Check in clerk had a hard time explaining that our room was in a different building and how to get there, (he did apologize) didn’t explain where the parking was by our building- main lot was closed off. "Kate was super helpful getting me a quiet room in a nearly full occupancy situation. Check in and check out was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room, abundant breakfast with variety choices. No daily room cleaning which was fine for me. Convenient location. I took off one star due to the squeaking mattress. Every time when I got up or turned in bed, it always made loud noises. Hopefully they will correct that soon."

"We’ve stayed in this hotel before and it’s very large. Perhaps it was the location of our room this time, which was in an older back hallway, that added to the less than desirable experience. The room was musty and smelled terrible. The entry door didn’t latch and needed to be locked to stay closed. The staff member who checked us in had the personality of cardboard.
