The Kunlun Jing An
Centrally located hotel with a beautiful lobby, restaurants, and pool/spa area. The rooms were a little dated and the breakfast does not have fresh seafood like in the photos but it was still a lovely stay

The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai
Everything about this hotel was very professional and high-quality. Sophia enhanced my stay there so much. She helped me get my taxi app Didi working, when I was very frustrated with it. She is a great asset to the Portman rich Carlton staff.
