"Staff were exceptional, food was great, especially the Indian and Italian food options. It's not as well manicured and grand as say the sharm el sheikh Rixos, but actually because most of the facilities are very close together, it's just a few minute walk to access anything. Also, if you have teenage kids, then they can do multiple things whilst you have a central base at one of the pools. "Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!"

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
