"Absoloutly amazing, I’ve been in the hospitality trade at top level and this was right up there for everything. There was only one thing that wasn’t too much of an issue and is being worked on was WiFi as internet was needed to scan for the menu in placate restaurants however they do have menus in case this doesn’t work. Other than that staff were amazing from cleaners to managers, food was amazing and plenty full. Truly amazing place and I can’t wait to return to my second home again and enjoy...

The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
