"When we entered our first room, the door appeared to have been pried open at some point, there were very evident stains on the duvet covers, and it appeared as if someone had been lying on the far side bed. Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! Upon entering the second room, AGAIN, there were evident, large stains on the bed closest to the door and what appeared to be a...

"Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix."

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks instead of just coffee maker which turned out barely warm water. Also, I would expect proper cups and teaspoons instead of disposable paper cups and straw/stirrers in a hotel of this standard. "
