"I had a very good experience parking lot was safe and patrolled by security also the beds were very comfortable. I woke up feeling so rested. Front desk staff was also very nice. I would definitely stay there again."

"I was disappointed with the breakfast experience during my stay. When we arrived, many of the food containers were empty, including the coffee and creamer containers. There were no fruits available, and the breakfast area around the counters was messy and dirty. I asked one of the staff members to refill the coffee, but overall the breakfast area did not seem well maintained. I also made a waffle, but after taking a closer look, I noticed a green-colored substance inside, which made me uncomfortable and unable to continue eating it. Overall, the breakfast area appeared disorganized and unclean, which negatively affected our stay experience"

"The room smelled I waited over an hour for the airport shuttle my tv wasn't working I came down and asked for help the women behind the desk couldnt hear me because she had headphones the man on tbe couch in lobby told me hed come up i had to go backdown and ask for help because he never came the woman behing counter got rude with mesaid the man was eating hed be up when he was done hed been sitting in that lobby since i first arrived also breakfast consisted of 2cereals3 wrinkled tangerines some apples and 3 yogurts left in fridge at 745 am shuttled had to be called in am again although i had been told it ran every half hour"

"The guy at the desk was god sent! I had a really bad experience last night and I need a little more time to get my vehicle situated and he didn’t hesitate when it came to helping me. I’m forever grateful! And i will be back to stay again!"
