"The room was very clean, and they even had it cooled down upon arrival (it was pretty hot outside). It was a bit of a maze to find our room though the way the property is set up. Overall great stay, really nice staff."

"This is my “go to” stop when traveling between Tacoma and Los Angeles. I can always count on a clean, comfortable room, and welcoming staff. The location feels safe and is conveniently located in the charming downtown area that offers great dining options and coffee shops."

"The only thing I didn't like was in the coffee machine inside the room. Where the water goes there was crude inside. like it has not been cleaned. Outside of that it was a good stay. I would stay there again."

"Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the breakfast breakfast was cold and it was removed before 10 am on a Sunday. Then before 10 am the staff started cleaning the tables making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. We came down and paid for breakfast at 930 and nothing was mentioned about when breakfast service would be ending it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffles,bagels and assorted breads."

"The building was run down. It wasn’t maintained the rooms had multiple holes in the walls. There was wire sticking out from the air-conditioning. The sliding glass door did not close without a prop hold it shut."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, much more than the Oxford Suites Redding (three miles north on I-5). It was quiet, and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was surprisingly small, but since there weren't many other people there at the moment, it got the job done. We did have an issue with our in-room refrigerator when we first arrived. Apparently, the cleaning staff had powered it down and we could not get it to turn back on. We had to have maintenance come...

"Weird check in. Employee kept running away, literally, to check on rooms. People loud in pool until almost midnight. Freeway noise. Not great."

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was great, until we were getting ready for bed at 10 pm. We noticed a couple tiny bugs on the comforter. When I pulled back the sheets there were multiple tiny bugs that scattered. We checked the second bed… same thing. We had pictures and videos of bugs. They gave us 2 new rooms on the second floor. (We had a suite to begin with.) We were super grateful but when we went into the first room it smelled off (we found old fast food under the bed that had...
